Who can apply: Active-duty service members, National Guard/Reserve, or U.S. military veterans.
Maximum award: Up to $500, based on available funds.
How funds are paid: Directly to the vendor/creditor named on your bill (not to the applicant).
Required documents (email after submitting this form):
The bill/invoice you want us to pay (must show vendor name, amount due, due date, account/statement number, and remittance info).
Proof of service: DD214 or VA disability award letter.
