The Hall Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in memory of the late Mr. Hall, a disabled Gulf War veteran who passed away from injuries sustained during his service. Inspired by his memories of receiving care packages while deployed, the Foundation continues his legacy by sending care packages to soldiers abroad and veterans throughout the local community. Our mission is to bring hope, comfort, and gratitude to those who have served.
The Foundation was founded by Rani Hall, who serves as Founder and President, alongside a dedicated leadership team:

– Kai’ne Hall, Youth Ambassador
We welcome volunteers and supporters! You can:
– Donate items for care packages (toiletries, snacks, letters, etc.)
– Sponsor a package or event
– Volunteer at packing events or fundraisers
– Partner with us as a local business host or vendor

We are proudly based in Bonney Lake, Washington, and serve both local veterans and military members across the United States through our care package program.

If you manage a retail or restaurant location in the Bonney Lake area, you can request to host a table or collection box at your site.
Yes. The Hall Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (pending or approved via the IRS 1023-EZ application). All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
